Welcome to my blog! My name is Rhonda Barnes. I am a pastor, author, speaker, and teacher of God’s Word. I am passionate about encouraging Christians to contend for the fullness of their inheritance in Christ. There is always more!

Most mornings, you will find me tucked away in my secret place, with my coffee, worship music, Bible, journal, and a red ink pen!  I love to study God’s Word, and the passages that speak the loudest to me are easily found, since they are all underlined or circled in red.

I authored my first book, Road to Transformation, Journey to God’s Glory, in November 2014.  This writing was an amazing opportunity to share many of the revelations I have received during my devotional time with God and through life’s experiences. Since then, I have published two more books, which you can check out on the pages.

The purpose of this blog is to continue sharing insights I gain through many avenues that might help you in your Christian life.  I want to encourage you to walk in the full destiny God has planned for you.

I live in a small town in Missouri called Salem.  I worship and serve as the Associate Pastor at Grace Community Church.  I have been happily married to Dennis for 42 years.  We have two adult children and four grandchildren, who have nicknamed me “Namry”.
